Puppies are always fun, cute, and cuddly. Everyone loves to play with them and you always want to get that “cute little puppy in the window”. The one thing that we always forget is that everything has a price. We get our little puppy and play and love them. Next, they start to potty on the carpet.
Potty training is one of the most important and often misunderstood actions that we all need to teach our puppies before they become dogs. Puppies that will grow up to be big dogs need to be potty trained to go outside and puppies that will stay small dogs often need to be trained to use the wee-wee pads inside the house.
One annoying thing that many puppies do when you are trying to potty train them to use the wee-wee pads is to tear the pads up. They are just puppies and think the pads are toys. Since they are usually made of paper, they are fun to chew and rip up.
“Ripping up the toilet” is not conducive to proper potty training. This is often an annoying conundrum faced by many puppy owners. The problem is that they new need to teach their puppy too many lessons at the same time. This is just too much for the puppy to successfully accomplish. We have a great and simple solution to this problem. You can find the solution explained in our Dog Training Article titled “Learn a Great Kick Start to Potty Training Your Puppy”. You will be really glad you did.
